General Information

Venue of the Summer School : the big Lecture Rooms (AMPHIS) of USMB (University Savoie Mont Blanc), on the scientific campus of Le Bourget-du-Lac, very close to the LAMA, will welcome the Sessions of the Summer School.

Access to the WiFi.

Bookstore and working rooms : several rooms will be available for the participants. The "BU Bourget (Bibliothèque)" has a lot of space for working individually, and the WiFi is available inthere.

After registering  at the Summer School : you will  have access to all the documents distributed by the speakers, to a tag, to personalised documents, to the possibility to give a contributed talk in one of the Sessions of Participants, to the access to the mini-workshops "Voronin" and "PARI/GP", to the excursions and welcome parties organized as  "hors les murs" activities, to a WiFi username valid everywhere on the campus. The duration of a contributed talk will be limited by the number of participants. All the participants are encouraged to submit an abstract (title and abstract).

More precise informations  (submission guidelines for the abstracts, details on the scientific program, details on the Lecture rooms) will be provided by mid-May to all the registered participants.

What is supported? :

Accomodation: the participants will be accomodated in individual rooms in the University Résidences "Les Arves" and "Albanais", managed by CROUS Grenoble Alpes; they are located on the scientific campus of Le Bourget-du-Lac, very close to the LAMA. These buildings, totally renovated in 2016, offer a comfort (individual washroom and shower; access to internet with a wire - details) and a proximity to the Lecture Rooms of the Summer School, to the Snack Chautagne restaurant and to the LAMA what minimizes the time of transportation to the School. Once you have registered, the Organizing Committee of the School, together with the CROUS, instead of you, will put your room at your disposal.

Accomodation is completely supported  (after pre-registration and payment of the fees) from Sunday 17 June 2018 evening till Friday 29 June 2018 afternoon.

Meals : the breakfasts will be taken at the restaurant Snack Chautagne, from 7h to 8h (am), from Monday till Friday. The coffee breaks will take place in the corridors, close to the Lecture Rooms. Lunches and diners will be taken at the restaurant Snack Chautagne, respectively from 12h50 to 13h50 and from 19h to 20h, from Monday till Friday. The restaurant  Snack Chautagne is located very close to the LAMA on the scientific campus of Le Bourget-du-Lac.

All the meals are supported by the Summer School from Monday till Friday (1st and 2nd weeks).

Three Excursions will be proposed, weather depending: on Wednesday afternoon 20th June, on Saturday 23th June the whole day, on Wednesday 27th June afternoon.  A small equipment for hiking has to be forseen.

NOTA : if you do not want to be accomodated in the University Residences "Les Arves" or "Albanais", you have to mention it in the pre-registration form. If it is the case the Summer School will not support your accomodation, nor your meals.

Asking for a complementary support (travel expenses) : a limited number of possibilities is proposed. In this case, please send a request to the organizers at:  etzetas2018@sciencesconf.org  to justify this request and indicate the amount of the support which is asked. The requests will be considered after registration (pre-registration + payment of the fees). Answers will be given late, by June 2018.
