Payment and validation

For PhD students : the pre-registration consists in 2 steps, (i) first fill up the fields in the pre-registration form, by going to "Pre-Registration", (ii) send a short letter from your Supervisor (1 page max. in pdf) justifying your participation at the School, to the organizers at

etzetas2018@sciencesconf.org

For non-PhD students : the step  (i) is compulsory, but step (ii) not necessary.

The preregistration, once submitted, will be examined by the organizers and the Scientific Committee. In case of a favourable opinion,
the pre-registration will be validated after the payment of the registration fees.

PhD Student            40 Euros

non PhD Student    90 Euros

( CNRS researcher   0 Euro )

Once the payment is made, the preregistration will be validated (within one day).                                 
A message of confirmation will be sent.

If the fees are not paid before the limit date, then the preregistration will be cancelled.


Deadline for preregistration :                      Friday            May 25  2018

Deadline for the payment of the fees :      Wednesday  May 30  2018

The Welcome Session will start at 10am on June 18th and the closing will be at about 3.30 pm on June 29th. Late registration after May 25th 2018 is possible (to be avoided): after this date, please contact  etzetas2018@sciencesconf.org
